The property has been gradually developed by the present owner over the past thirty years and the glamping business has been operating since 2014. It has provided the current owner with an excellent income over a seven month season, further details of which are available from the agents.

In the agents’ opinion there is scope to further enhance and develop the current business, subject to any necessary permissions being obtained.

The property occupies an extremely pleasant secluded position only one mile from the A48 dual carriageway which provides a fast link to Carmarthen and the M4 / Swansea. Carmarthen provides a full range of shops and amenities and there is good access to beaches at Llansteffan and Pembrey just a few miles to the south and Pembrokeshire to the west.
